Is it allowed to use AI to reply to Google reviews?
Yes. Google allows businesses to respond to reviews and does not prohibit AI-assisted drafting. What Google prohibits is fake reviews and misrepresentation, which we never touch. Every 5Star reply is approved by the business owner.
Will replies sound like a robot?
No. At onboarding we build your voice profile: your tone, your phrases, what you offer, what you never say. You approve early replies until it sounds right, then it stays in your voice.
What happens with bad reviews?
Anything 3★ or below comes to your WhatsApp before a reply is posted. You approve, edit, or skip. If you don't respond within 24 hours, a safe holding reply goes out so the review never sits unanswered.
Do I need a website if I have a Google profile?
Your profile gets you on the map. Your website is what Google and AI assistants read to understand what you offer and where. Without one, businesses with the same name as yours can outrank you for your own name. If you already have a site that isn't bringing enquiries, we'll tell you why in the audit.
Will you tell me if posts don't help my ranking?
Yes, because they don't. Posts convert people already looking at your profile. Reviews, responses, and your website are what rank you. We sell both and we'll never mix them up.
Do you do social media, ads, or a CRM?
No. Google presence only. That's why it's ₹1,499 and not ₹5,000.
