Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for 5Star (5star.co.in), operated by R97 Media, based in Hyderabad, India. Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees. We have kept this short and honest.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed one month at a time. There are no partial refunds for a month already started. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your plan runs to the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans

Within the first 30 days of an annual plan, if you are not happy we refund the unused months in full. After 30 days, annual plans are refunded pro-rata for full unused months from the date you cancel.

Website builds

A website build is custom work, quoted and agreed as a fixed price before we start. Once we have begun building, the fee covers work already done and is not refundable. If you cancel before work starts, any advance is refunded in full. The optional website care plan is a monthly charge and follows the monthly-plan rule above.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days. We do not charge any fee to process a refund.

No setup fee

The standard Reviews and Reviews + Posts plans have no setup fee, so there is nothing to refund on setup.
