A payment that fails gets a 3-day grace period, then the service pauses. Nothing is deleted and your profile stays yours, we never hold your data hostage.
Do prices increase?
Your price is locked for your first year. If we ever change plan pricing, existing clients keep their rate for that period.
Is there a setup fee?
None on the standard Reviews and Reviews + Posts plans. A website build is quoted separately.
