Then you connect your Google Business Profile with one click, using your own Google account. We never ask for your password.

That questionnaire becomes your reply voice. Every reply 5Star writes is built on it, so a dental clinic never sounds like a gym.

5Star checks your profile through the official Google API. New 4 and 5 star reviews get a fresh, specific reply within 2 hours. Not templates. Each reply mentions what the customer actually said.

Step 3 · Only when it matters

Tricky reviews come to your WhatsApp first

A 3 star or lower review is sensitive. 5Star drafts a calm, professional response and sends it to your WhatsApp with two buttons: Approve and Skip. Tap Approve and it posts within 30 seconds. Skip it and we leave it for you to handle personally.

If you're busy and don't respond within 24 hours, the draft posts automatically so the review never sits unanswered. You get a confirmation either way.
